Volunteers

Volunteers are an integral part of the hospice team. Most volunteers are involved in practical ways such as housekeeping support, gardening, shops and administration. Some volunteers have been specifically trained to work with our professional staff in providing companionship care and support to the patients of hospice in the day group centre, in the patients home or as bereavement carers.
