Layered pasta with pureed asparagus, lemon, regianno parmesan and lamb
This is one of the contemporary menu items chef Dev Malik has created for The Shed Restaurant at Te Motu Vineyard. It was selected by Paul Dunleavy to complement the rich flavours and opulent mouthfeel of Te Motu 2000.
All the ingredients for this dish with the exception of the lamb were supplied by Skellon Foods, Te Motu's best source of quality dry good ingredients.

The Shed Restaurant is located at Te Motu Vineyard, Onetangi, Waiheke Island. It is a 10 minute drive from ferry terminals. Te Motu shares a drive off Onetangi road with Stonyridge Vineyard, turn right at the stone bridge and follow the road to the end.
The Shed is open for lunch and dinner most days in summer, lunches on winter weekends and at any time by arrangement for private functions.
