Hospice is fortunate to have the support of many organisations which undertake various
fundraising activities on our behalf. Takapuna PSIS is one of those who have quietly gone
about raising funds for Hospice through a sausage sizzle, collections of goods for our shops
and making a donation for every new term deposit, a raffle and re-investment they receive.
These initiatives have paid off in another way. They came second throughout NZ in the PSIS
fundraising challenge. Their dedication has helped cover some of the costs of our Community
Nurses visiting and caring for patients living at home. Thank you PSIS you are helping us to make each
day the best day possible for our patients and their families.
"PSIS Takapuna is a proud supporter of North Shore Hospice for the incredible work that they do for families
in need. North Shore Hospice is a highly valued organisation that has wide reaching support and appeal to
many PSIS members. PSIS is committed to building on supporting North Shore Hospice through 2010/2011"
John Lewis, PSIS Northern Regional Manager
