Takapuna Hospice Shop

Our flagship shop opened August 2009 - having moved up the arcade to the corner shop by the carpark to bigger, lighter and sunnier premises. What a shop - the new look of Charity Shopping bought right in the 21st Century!

Bright, modern and funky with a fabulous range of stock changing daily. Tom and his volunteers work tirelessly to ensure you not only buy just what you are looking for (and what you're not!), but that you enjoy your time there. It is buzzy and friendly from when you first step through the doors - after first having admired the outstanding window displays that change regularly. People come from all over just to see the fantastic window displays that the shop is renowned for - why not join them?

Takapuna is the only shop that is open 7 days - come on in and see for yourself our vibrant, friendly atmosphere, and enjoy a browse through the shop. You'll see why we have so many regulars!

Variety - any way you look at it!

You choose your level of commitment - it is usually one 31/2 hour shift per week.
Either: 9:30 am - 1pm or 1pm - 4:30pm, on any day Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are one shift only.
