Community Palliative Care (CPC) Team Leader

We are looking for a CPC Team leader to co-ordinate patient case loads and manage the community team of 10 nurses.

The appointee will be a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate. You will hold a relevant post-graduate qualification or be studying towards one.

You will also have:

Experience in palliative care or oncology
Proven leadership ability
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
Resilience, energy and self motivation
Understanding of Community Health Care in New Zealand

This is a full-time position – 40 hours per week.
